The Copper Workshop is quite simply unique; it is owned by Etienne Dulin a descendent of the original “Sourdins” copper workers. It is the only manufacturer that is still based in the very heart of Villedieu-Les-Poeles.
Our Foundry dates from the 19th century and The Copper Workshop uses methods and traditions dating back through the centuries. The Copper Workshop manufactures bespoke handmade products in various metals, notably Copper, but also Brass and Pewter. The Copper Workshop is a reputed manufacturer of custom bathtubs, sinks, pewter covered tables and worktops and individual decorative items to the very highest quality.Eight centuries after the original copper workers, The Copper Workshop is proud to present a range of handmade saucepans and cooking ware in the true French Style. The range is destined for the professionals but is now available in limited quantities to you. The Copper Workshop has acquired a reputation for their work and their clients include: the famous restaurants of Lenôtre, Lasserre, Le Fouquet’s, Christofle, also la boutique des Arts Décoratif at the Louvre.
The Copper Workshop has produced fine trophies which have presented not only in France, but equally the USA, Japan and all over the world. The Copper Workshop can be visited in Villedieu-Les-Poeles and also has a showroom in the extremely chic boulevard “Le Viaduc des Arts” in Paris, France.
